Service Call Check List (must complete during all service calls):
  1. Check thermostat & CAD Cell connections
  2. Pull back burner, check electrodes, clean retention head and blow through nozzle, clean nozzle screen and nozzle screen cavity, replace o'ring.
  3. Test transformer. Look to see if combustion air wheel is spinning.
  4. Clean CAD CELL
  5. Bleed and or run furnace for 10-15 minutes, check for vacuum leaks, check vacuum and pressure.
  6. Check air compressor gauge, check by-pass by gently placing finger over hole to raise pressure.
  7. Check combustion air. (4-6 on BG, 4 on Reznor, 4 on Shenandoah 235 & 350, closed & 2 on small Shenandoah's.)
  8. Physically check topper.
  9. Check draft
